JEI Tech Hosts Webinar: Trends of AI & Their Impact on the Workplace

JEI has summarized its findings on AI into a 30-minute webinar, so that business owners can invest a very short amount of time in order to gather a robust understanding on how AI will affect small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in the immediate future. JEI has opened registration for its webinar (open to the public) it is slated for March 14, 2024 at 10AM MST. To register, please CLICK HERE.

“There’s so much unnecessary fear around AI,” stated Scott Coleman, IT Operations Manager of JEI. “Instead of researching it themselves, business owners can invest a small amount of time with us and they’ll leave with a more sophisticated understanding than 95% of the businesses out there. It’s unproductive for them to spend hours sporadically reading news articles, when you have experts who are ready and eager to explain how AI can help or hinder their success. Our goal is to educate, explain how to harness competitive advantages and to dispel overblown fears.”

This upcoming webinar is focused on delving into the five pivotal trends shaping the AI landscape and is also aimed at dispelling common misconceptions surrounding this revolutionary technology. In an age of unprecedented uncertainty, AI will empower businesses and individuals alike to navigate the complexity of the digital age with confidence, providing clarity and insights where there once was ambiguity.

Coleman added, “One of the trends we’ll explore during the webinar is the proliferation of AI tools, which can be harnessed to drastically reduce company liability. For example, in tightly regulated industries like insurance, imagine how much headache and stress could be relieved if business owners could use a tool to review marketing collateral and preemptively catch potential issues before subjecting the company to unnecessary liability via “AI-Compliance Checker.” With new AI tools spinning up every day, experts like JEI are scanning the technological horizon and simplifying the solution for their customers.

Coleman continued, “During a recent chamber meeting, we addressed prevalent misconceptions surrounding AI, including fears of job displacement and automation. Contrary to popular belief, AI is not about replacing people but rather enhancing their capabilities, making jobs easier, quicker, and more efficient. Humans will not be replaced by AI. However, humans may be replaced by other humans who understand how to leverage AI.”

If you’d like to join AI experts who are ready to help you to unlock the potential of AI and to empower you to leverage its capabilities for success in your endeavors, you’re encouraged to join JEI on March 14 at 10:00 AM MST
