" Master of Disaster Recovery" Award

JEI Tech, received the ” Master of Disaster Recovery ” award from Cove Data Protection at the recent Technology Assurance Group (TAG) Annual Convention. 

The award, presented before the TAG community, recognizes JEI’s growth and success in providing top quality backup and disaster recovery solutions to its customers.

Over the past year, JEI has steadily grown its backup and disaster recovery services to protect more devices and Microsoft 365 data, and they’ve added automated recovery testing to provide even higher levels of protection and confidence to their customers, said Cove General Manager Chris Groot.

With Cove Data Protection, they’ve found a solution that is efficient enough to support their business growth, and affordable enough for all their customers.

The backup and disaster recovery solution we used before Cove was so expensive that some of our customers weren’t willing to adopt it, leaving them in a vulnerable position that we found unacceptable, explained JEI President and CEO Lee‑Anne Coleman. With the addition of its Standby Image feature, Cove offers the protection and reliability we need at a cost all our clients can accept.
